Shift: Day (could be full-time or part-time)
Responsibilities
- Maintains grounds including outside residence repair, gardening, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
Qualifications and Skills
- Maintains a clean, neat, comfortable, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Meets all mandatory health requirements by State regulations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work on a ladder
