Grower Success Manager

DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
You will manage key grower accounts, maintaining, and nurturing the relationship.
The Grower Success Manager will be the main point of contact to onboard, train, and support the growers with our product. You are passionate about making a positive impact in agriculture and assisting the adoption of smart technology to their field operations. You are a self-starter and eager to find ways to support customers with an emphasis on creating great customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Sr Grower Success Manager- Head of Emerging Markets.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bilingual Spanish is an advantage.
- 3+ years of work experience in the agricultural industry
- Self-starter with high independency but amenable to teamwork
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of large groups and executives
- A degree in a discipline related to plant science or agronomy is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer success role is preferred.
- Prior experience working in Excel & PowerPoint skills is preferred.
- Prior experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau and Qlikview is preferred.
- Prior experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is preferred.
- This position requires traveling between clients in your territory by vehicle.
- The compensation range for the exciting role is $75-$100 depending on your experience. We will provide training, excellent benefit which includes 100% paid medical, dental, vision for you and 75% paid for dependants. Vacation and Sick

Key Areas of Focus:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our cutting edge products.
- Train customers on our suite of offerings (mobile and desktop), troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter, gather feedback from them to inform future product development, and continually prove the value of our technology.
- Assist Sales activities by attending client demos.
- Produce seasonal summary reports and present findings to our customers.
- Participate in weekly meetings to communicate important activities to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with our support team in your region and Fresno, California and work closely with our team in Israel.
