Job description

We are looking for part time weekend hotel room attendant with excellent cleanliness standards. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. The Guest room attendant is focused on doing the hotels stay over service for guests staying in a room more then 1 night. This is not full service housekeeping but a light touch up that includes making the bed, take out trash, refresh towels as needed& Wipe clean the bathroom sink & mirror. The expectation is that the in-room service will take no more then 10 minutes per room and the expectation is that the room attendant can service 5 rooms per hour. Once the designated rooms are complete, the head housekeeper may have you assist the full service housekeepers or give you other projects. Responsibilities

• Hotel Housekeeping experience is not required!
• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within established time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Insure your cart is stocked fully at the end of your shift
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Complete all tasks assigned by the head housekeeper and management.

• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language is a plus
• High school degree
