We are looking for an experienced female HCA to help with a female client in Cupertino, by South Blaney Ave. Care is M-Th 8a-8p 4 hours of Overtime pay built in per day. Rate is 22 or 23 depending on experience. Client is in her 60's, 4'9 and 85 Ilbs. Has suffered through a stroke and heart attack, leaving the right side of her body weak. Client is in a wheelchair needing assistance with full on transfers and safety supervision.

Help with personal/incontinence care: bathing/dressing, hyenine, ambulation, PT exercises, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep and socialization. She loves to watch her favorite TV shows and when the weather is nice, go out for a stroll in the wheelchair. She has a schedule laid out by her family that helps prioritize her care.

General HCA Description:

• Help clients with Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with errands and to doctors appointments
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with ROM and physical therapy exercise.
• Help client with transfers, stand by assistance and safety supervision.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.

Requirements:

• A current HCA - Home Care Aide Registry. If expired we can help you reactivate it.
• Live scan/background check clearance
• A Current TB test
• Vaccination
• ID/DL
• SSN

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
