Could This Be For You?:
We are seeking a HCM Implementation Analyst - Remote who will be responsible for guiding Hanger in our implementation of the Oracle HCM. This position will comprise of project management and technology configuration. The ideal candidate has Oracle payroll and HCM implementation experience for a minimum of 2 years or more, is able to work with and manage multiple project components at once ,and processes skills to communicate and partner in a professional manner.

Your Impact:
  • Create project plans and timelines necessary to meet Hanger’s go-live dates
  • Configuration within the Oracle HCM project suite
  • Review and import of data from Hanger’s prior HCM system
  • Troubleshoot configuration challenges
  • Analyze and configure process flows in the system for the maximum efficiency
  • Facilitate HR, employee, and Manager trainings
  • Prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services
  • Stay informed of payroll and compliance practices
  • Ensure proper triage, escalation and effective resolution of more complex inquiries
  • Data manipulation in Excel utilizing skills such as: v-lookups, if/then statements, and truncation/combination techniques
  • Uphold QA procedures for all Oracle HCM modules
  • Assist with escalations of the implementation project to project leadership
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of related HR and/or HCM experience
  • Experience implementing Oracle HCM application
Preferred
  • Experience with HRIS applications such as ADP, SAP or Workday

  • Is detail-oriented and possesses problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently.
  • Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

Pay range of $110,000 to $125,000 + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
