Reporting to the HR Director, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition function and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Main Responsibilities of Head of Talent:

• Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
• Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
• Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
• Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
• Managing a team of Talent executives as required.
• Mobilise talent across the organisation and build a robust succession plan for key positions

Key Requirements & Skills:

• You have strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition
• You have strong expert knowledge in all recruitment methodology
• Good commercial acumen
• Excellent IT and Digital skills and understanding
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
