Growth and learning opportunity available for an electronic medical records specialist that wants to further develop their skills and knowledge in healthcare, while making a difference in patient's lives. We invite you to join our Arizona Diagnostic Radiology team as a Health Information Representative. This full-time career opportunity has a Monday-Friday day shift schedule, and is located at our Mesa, Arizona location. In this medical back office position you'll get to:
- Answer phones, kindly talk patients through the steps and answer their questions and concerns.
- Organize and prioritize requests for medical records, and route medical records appropriately based on patient's time of exam.
- Copy electronic medical records and images onto CDs.
- Provide courteous and professional service to attorneys, referring physicians, and patients requesting medical records.
- May occasionally drive to nearby centers and/or medical offices to deliver or retrieve medical films/CD's.
- May cross-train and help in other departments as needed.
- Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:We're looking for dependable and professional candidates with at least 6+ months of medical/radiology office work experience (or completed medical office training education/program), computer skills, a High School Diploma, and medical terminology knowledge. The ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, great communication skills, clean driving record (No SR-22, DUI or suspended license within the last 7 years), and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are also a must.
Pay Range: $14.40+ / hour
