Pay Rate
$28.52/ hour - $46.52/ hour based on experience
Job Description
Support analytics through business intelligence development, data analyses, support documentation, analysis reports, and deliverable maintenance for a variety of stakeholders throughout the health system.
Performs basic to advanced spreadsheet analyses.
Performs basic to advanced ETL processes with SQL.
Creates ad hoc and recurring reporting through BI applications.
Performs basic to advanced analyses within data domain or within departmental role.
Performs basic to advanced ETL processes with Python, R, or other programming language.
Performs advanced data transformation for utilization in reporting and analyses.
Perform basic to advanced analyses across data domains or departments.
Maintains analytic documentation related to deliverables and metadata management and ensure maintenance of recurring reports.
Assists senior analytics personnel and analytics leadership in the deployment of advanced analytic deliverables.
Performs and implements automated data processes.
May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a highly dynamic environment. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret results of query analyses.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
One (1) year of experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience in SQL and data reporting and visualization is strongly preferred.
Business intelligence experience in Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos, Cerner HealtheIntent, Python, and/or R.
Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
