POSITION SUMMARY: At Team Connection, we believe sport fuels life. We support thousands of teams across the country with customized gear and apparel. We have an immediate need for additional team members to lead, manage, and handle our day-to-day customization. It requires attention to detail, dexterity, and a passion for perfection. Team members will be trained in many areas and will learn several new skills in order to service our customers. Candidates will be cross-trained in various areas of the department and will be required to move to different areas to support the changing needs of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be a part of the team that fulfills our customers’ customized order requests. You could be trained to work within our heat press department or to be a member within the order management team. Regardless of the exact duties, you must be able to read and understand production notes and orders, work closely with other team members to ensure team culture is maintained, and goals are met, and quality maintained. Candidates will be responsible for following order worksheets and applying logos, images, names, numbers, and more to team and replica gear. All candidates will be trained appropriately for our position roles and will be expected to be quick and committed learners.

REQUIREMENTS: In order to be right for this role, candidates will need to ensure they:

*Enjoy and be able to utilize hands and wrists frequently within the work shift. *Have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy. *Have the ability to distinguish between colors. *Be able to stand for the duration of their scheduled shift and lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 lbs. *Be able to bend, stoop, and kneel. *Possess basic computer skills in order to be successful. *Have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism. *Have a good foundation in the English language to be considered for this position. *Must be at least 18 years of age
