Bamboo Sushi Bar & Hibachi Express is seeking a skilled and motivated Hibachi Cook to join our team in Niceville, FL. We are a busy and fast-paced restaurant that specializes in traditional Japanese cuisine and teppanyaki cooking, but with our own twist. As a Hibachi Cook, in training to eventually become a Hibachi Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests.

While previous experience in hibachi cooking is not required, we do seek candidates who are willing to learn and passionate about the culinary arts. We offer extensive on-the-job training to all new hires, regardless of their background or experience level. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced chefs and gain valuable skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. And as a growing company, there are always opportunities for advancement and promotion for every member of our team.

Your responsibilities as a Hibachi Cook will include prepping ingredients, cooking and grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection, and creating visually appealing and delicious dishes for our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, following food safety protocols, and ensuring that all orders are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.

We are looking for individuals who are punctual, driven, and have a positive attitude. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to work well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
