Starting pay: $16/hour +tips (can average you over $20/hour)

• Supplemental gas payment (included in weekly check)
• Paid time and a half; over 40 hours

Team leaders will be provided a company car that stays with them 24/7!

Job Description:

• Monday-Friday
• Cleaning of 2 homes per day (for our high-end clients with beautiful homes, mainly moms in need of extra help).
• Cleaning ranges from basic to deep cleaning. You will be fully trained on how to clean a home the Whirlwind Way.
• Experience is a plus, but NOT necessary.
• All supplies are provided - full kit to be given after training is completed.
• Pink, company-branded aprons and disposable shoe covers will also be provided for you to wear while in the client’s home.

Job Requirements:

• Must live local to job sites (Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, etc.)
• A reliable vehicle of your own; used to travel to and from 2 cleans each day
• A clean criminal history
• A can-do attitude with a team player mindset

Schedule:

• First clean starting at 8:30am - 11:30am*
• Lunch break
• Second clean starting at 1pm - 4pm*

*Average work day is 8:30am-4:00pm. However, on rare occasions, cleans may exceed the standard, allotted time frame.*
