As a result of continued growth in our business, we are looking for HLOP Drivers to join our Operations team based in Dublin.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 23:00 hours

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

You will ensure that customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched to meet Company standards, customer requirements and deadlines.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

• To carry out all given tasks accurately and efficiently to meet company standards within pick/pack/despatch/Goods In/Putaway
• To undertake and complete any training required in line with operational requirements
• To work as part of an operational team ensuring service levels & objectives are met
• Adhere to all Company procedures and policies
• To Inform Shift Supervisor/Shift Manager of any defects relating to Health and Safety on either equipment or with processes
• Ensure all stock is stored in line with the WMS at all times
• Stock Control
• General housekeeping within the warehouse, ensure all work areas are clean, safe and tidy
• Any other duties as and when required

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience working in a Warehouse and/or Distribution Centre
• An understanding of basic Health and Safety within the warehouse environment
• Basic PC skills
• Fork Lift Truck Licence – HLOP
• Previous experience of a WMS in particular Manhattan/MLS
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills- written and verbal
• Physically fit; all tasks require a degree of walking, standing, lifting or stretching. Some heavy lifting may be involved
• Basic numeracy and literacy
• Able to work as part of a team
• Flexible attitude to working hours and willing to do overtime when necessary
• Proactive/self starter/ self-motivated
• High levels of common sense
• High levels of integrity and honesty
• Positive approach to change and good sense of humour
• Flexible and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
