As a result of continued growth in our business, we are looking for HLOP Drivers to join our Operations team based in Dublin.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 23:00 hours
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
You will ensure that customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched to meet Company standards, customer requirements and deadlines.
Summary of Role Responsibilities:
- To carry out all given tasks accurately and efficiently to meet company standards within pick/pack/despatch/Goods In/Putaway
- To undertake and complete any training required in line with operational requirements
- To work as part of an operational team ensuring service levels & objectives are met
- Adhere to all Company procedures and policies
- To Inform Shift Supervisor/Shift Manager of any defects relating to Health and Safety on either equipment or with processes
- Ensure all stock is stored in line with the WMS at all times
- Stock Control
- General housekeeping within the warehouse, ensure all work areas are clean, safe and tidy
- Any other duties as and when required
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience working in a Warehouse and/or Distribution Centre
- An understanding of basic Health and Safety within the warehouse environment
- Basic PC skills
- Fork Lift Truck Licence – HLOP
- Previous experience of a WMS in particular Manhattan/MLS
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills- written and verbal
- Physically fit; all tasks require a degree of walking, standing, lifting or stretching. Some heavy lifting may be involved
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to working hours and willing to do overtime when necessary
- Proactive/self starter/ self-motivated
- High levels of common sense
- High levels of integrity and honesty
- Positive approach to change and good sense of humour
- Flexible and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
