JOB DESCRIPTION

• Start: Immediately
• Location: All Brevard County areas including Melbourne, Viera, Merritt Island, Titusville and Beachside communities
• Schedule: FLEXIBLE! Shifts available 7 days a week. Choose days, nights, weekends, long shifts, short shifts
• Tasks: ADL's, medication reminders, meal prep, shopping/errands/appointments, light housekeeping, safety

REQUIREMENTS *

• CNA license or HHA certificate
• Level 2 background screening completed
• Valid Photo ID / Florida driver's license
• Access to reliable transportation plus proof of current auto insurance
• Health Statement that you are free of communicable diseases (signed within the last 6 months)
• Current CPR Card/Certificate from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• HIV/AIDS training, 2-4 hour certificate
• Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication training, 2 hour certificate
• Alzheimer / Dementia training, 2-4 hour certificate
