Hospitality Aide
Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The role of a Hospitality Aide is to assist in the well-being, social and environmental needs of our residents. As a Hospitality Aide you are entrusted with the responsibility of being part of our caring team dedicated to our residents, families, co-workers, visitors, and all others. You are entrusted to provide compassionate, responsible assistance to those entrusted to our care.

Essential Functions
- Encourage residents to participate in recreational social activities.
- Ensure all residents are involved in activities by engaging in and organizing games, crafts, religious services, parties, etc.
- Promptly answer resident calls lights. Provide appropriate responses and requests in coordination with Resident Aide.
- Distributes and picks up meal trays.
- Bed making and changing of bed linens.
- Act in compliance with all corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory standards.
- Accompany residents, as needed, to activities, dining, and therapy.
- Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
- Labeling/bagging personal belonging of residents.
- Demonstrate respect and compassion in every interaction.
- Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction.
- Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interactions with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors.
- Pass and be responsible for the hydration and snack cart.
- Perform laundry duties as assigned
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation.
- Meet all health requirements including TB including all required immunizations.
- Pass background check and random drug tests.
- COVID- 19 Vaccination per state regulations
