We're looking for an experienced, outgoing host and barback, initially for weekend work to join our fun, vibrant team. The ideal candidate is a person who is extremely passionate about wine and has knowledge of Temecula Wine Region.

Here's a rundown of what would make you a good fit for our team:

• Excellent people skills, able to project a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
• Ability to multi-task and be situationally aware of your surroundings
• General understanding of opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar area with wine, water, glasses, towels and anything needed for our tasting room to run smoothly.
• Able to perform quality work, efficiently and with minimal supervision
• Able to be responsive and flexible to guest requests
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to stand on your feet / walk for 5 hours at a time
• Knowledge of and a passion for wine and food

Here are some of the job duties you would be expected to perform:

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar area with wine, water, glasses, towels and anything needed for the Servers to complete their duties
• Ensure the wines are kept cool, and well stocked with ice
• Keep the bar area and general areas clean and clear or debris
• Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glass-wear, cleaning bathrooms and emptying trash cans.
• Help Servers by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
