About us
We are a more upscale full service restaurant located in Needham Ma. We are continuing to grow and expand our business. We are seeking moviated individuals to join our team.
We pay servers/bartenders $6.75 an hour plus tips. Tips are given out in cash 3-4 times a week. We do not put tips in checks or debit cards but tips are claimed. In time is 3/30 we open for service at 4pm-9pm on the weekday and we stay open until 10pm on friday and saturdays.
Host we are paying $17-$19 an hour depending on experience. if the host helps with busing and running food the front of the house does tip out a host. We would expect the host to floor plan and take reservations on our computer software system.

We're hiring a Front End Associate for our casual dining restaurant, a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a high volume operation. The ideal candidate is well-spoken and personable as well as having experience working in a high-volume high stress environment. We're looking for an individual who'll fit in with our staff and make it easier for guests to enjoy a relaxing dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of the restaurant's front-of-house staff, interacting with patrons and serving food and beverages to customers.
- Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.
- Greet customers and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure that all items on the menu are available at all times.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary.
- Maintain an appropriate level of service for each table in order to maximize dining room profitability.
