We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Shifts are both 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm. Note that there are no set schedules and you may work a combination of shifts each week. We also make every effort to ensure that all associates get two days off in a row each week.

$14 hourly

• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
• Handle customer complaints as necessary
• Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information

• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

The Lodge on Lake Oconee is a small, 80 room lakefront boutique hotel located in Eatonton, GA. Our hotel is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for all of our guests.
