Position Purpose:

Maintains the hospital/assigned area(s) in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner to assure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times in accordance with established policies and procedures to create and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, visitors.

Position Duties not all inclusive:

• Follow established cleaning schedule timely and efficiently.
• Assure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner for patient safety, comfort, and convenience
• Perform cleaning/sanitizing procedures in isolation room /areas as instructed in accordance with established infection control policies and procedures.
