Three Links is a progressive health care provider for older adults in the Northfield area. Located just south of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the campus includes Skilled Nursing, Respite Care, Memory Care, End of Life Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living.

Requirement:

A high school degree or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. Knowledge and related experience in housekeeping services is beneficial. No experience is necessary. Will provide paid training.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Housekeeping Assistant is accountable to demonstrate and role model the mission, vision values and Four Cornerstones of the organization. This position is responsible for creating an environment that is clean, sanitary, orderly, and comfortable to live and work in.

Duties included:

Cleaning and disinfecting common areas, offices, breakroom, and resident spaces.

Maintaining infection prevention standards per regulations.

Wiping surface areas, hand railings, desks, furniture.

Cleaning of restrooms and offices.

Depending on location, may include laundry duties.
