The Details:
- Seasonal position starts late-April and extends through late-September 2023
- Pay Rate: $17.20/hour
- Schedule Varies: Average 45 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Housekeeping Manager to ensure high productivity and quality control on daily basis in all guest rooms and public areas are met by Company’s and National Park Services standards.
- Provides supervision, training, disciplining and evaluating to housekeeping staff.
- Communicates and coordinates with Maintenance to ensure repair and maintenance of items related to guest rooms and public areas are completed.
- Keeps designated inventories and ensures stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies.
- Make sure Personal Protective Equipment is being followed at all times.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be organized and have a great eye for details to ensure quality expectations and standards.
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping management role preferred.
- Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Ability to lead housekeeping team to reach common goals and deadlines.
- Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the day. Constant lifting and carrying of supplies and linens throughout the day.
- Making beds, bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching as needed for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Standing for long periods of time, frequent walking up and down stairs, as well as in outdoor areas sporadically throughout the day.
- Pushing a hotel cart or cabin cart up to 50-75 pounds as needed.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is preferred.
