HR Admin - HRIS & Payroll

Our client, a medium sized organisation with a small HR department are looking to hire a HR Administrator on a permanent contract. This role is a hybrid role, working onsite 3 days per week in Dublin city centre, close to the Grand Canal Docks area.

Base salary is 32-35k.

Key Objective

To provide HR administration support to the HR team in aspects of recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, absenteeism, retention of employees, learning and development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the HR Time and Attendance System.
  • Provide regular & Adhoc reports and analysis to HR Team & business.
  • Develop and oversee the administration of HR systems to increase HR operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and support management and regular reporting.
  • Human resource administration and maintenance of records and systems as required.
  • Create all new starter contract packs.
  • Administration of the recruitment system.
  • Arranging interviews.
  • Administer recruitment-related documentation:
  • Interview documentation and new starter documents,
  • Ensure all right-to-work documents are within the legal requirements to work in Ireland.
  • Co-ordinate all recruitment activity and documentation.
  • Administration of the Learning Management System.
  • Preparation of weekly payroll.
  • Coordinate roster for the on-call duty manager.
  • Provide Audit Support.
  • Involvement in ad hoc HR projects and change initiatives
  • Weekly Payroll
  • Recruitment Co-ordination
  • HRIS Maintenance and reporting
  • Timely Management of staff requests

Qualifications

  • Good experience with HR Information Systems including reporting
  • HR Administration experience across different parts of the life-cycle
  • Experience making adjustments with payroll
