We are seeking a full-time, onsite HR Manager in Orlando, FL, to lead and implement the development of an efficient and automated HR platform with structured policies and programs that will support our rapidly growing company. While the HR Manager will support all functions in HR, this role will lead important functions such as implementing a new HRIS system, policy development, documentation of SOPs, compensation, and compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage and maintain an HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement HR procedures, including SOPs.
- Responsible for policy development, deployment and updates.
- Ensure and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR policies, programs and practices.
- Develop and maintain employee records, including but not limited to personnel files, I-9 documentation, and benefits records.
- Work with HR and other departments to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Maintain and report on HR metrics.
- Assist in conducting compensation reviews, gathering and preparing data.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory training and certifications.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Anticipate next moves, be a forward thinker and conduct quality checks.
- Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organization and the business and act as a liaison to our on-site customer continually championing our organization by providing stellar client-focused service.
- Support the HR department in all other areas of HR as needed.
- Be the primary backup for all HR matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and all areas of compliance related to HR
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, including SOPs.
- Experience with HRIS system implementation and management.
- Extremely strong attention to detail

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a Human Resource related field required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years related experience in Human Resources highly preferred.
- SHRM certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
