The HSCP Lead is accountable for the provision and professional and business leadership for the Health and Social Care Professions within the HSCP Directorate at MMUH. The post -holder will provide high-level expertise and understanding of clinical services functionality to the executive management team of the hospital ensuring that strategies and policies are integrated and aligned with corporate management processes.As the HSCP Directorate Lead and member of the Hospital Executive Management Committee, the post-holder will contribute to decision making at corporate, clinical and non-clinical levels. She/ He will ensure that the roles and needs of the Health and Social Care Professions continue to be integral to hospital activities, service plans and developments. The post holder will also lead on delivery of key integration deliverables for hospital.
