We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Human Resources Clerk at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities include filing and processing paperwork. This is a seasonal position beginning in May and ending in September. Join us as we teach students of all ages to read and comprehend to their potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain employee files on site, and manage files sent off-site for storage
  • File and process paperwork
  • Open and sort daily mail
  • Assist with distributing name tags and years of service pins
  • Perform physical tasks including, but not limited to, bending, stretching, reaching, and stooping
  • Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
  • Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.
