Human Resources Coordinator – $60,000 – Gurnee

Human Resources Coordinator responsibilities:

• Provide support to HR Manager
• Assist with recruiting, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Maintain new hire and benefit paperwork
• Facilitate the onboarding process
• Assist with payroll and running reports through ADP
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Enter new hire data into HRIS system and create security badges
• Maintain employee records

Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Familiarity with ADP is a plus
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
