• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain employees' records electronically.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.
• Perform most aspects of the New Hire onboarding process including orientation.
• Help with employee engagement, service awards, and other activities.
• Filing, auditing, and tracking of all personnel related documents and compliance documents
• Assist with HR projects.
• Support other HR Team members.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years of HR experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality to include HIPAA and PHI.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel and database, excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral) must be able to handle several projects simultaneously in an accurate and successful manner.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Ability to anticipate needs.
• Able to work independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
