We are seeking an experienced Director of Field Human Resources for a GREAT franchise Group in Las Vegas who can lead an established diverse team of remote HR Business Partners, build a Talent Acquisition team and partner with multiple Operations Leaders to ensure we are creating and fostering a Great Place to Work for our most valuable asset…our people. What are we Seeking?

• 8+ years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner in the QSR or Hospitality segment required.
• 5+ years coaching and leading a remote team of Field HR Business Partners required.
• 5+ years overseeing and/or actively involved leading a Talent Acquisition team is a plus.
• Well versed in California employment/labor law required.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment and work with both internal and external customers.
• Negotiation, project management and change management skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
