Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the HR Specialist provides support to the entire organization.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquires and requests.
  • Write/Edit/Proofread employee communications.
  • Promote positive work environment for all staff and physicians.
  • Maintain hard and digital copies of employee records.
  • Assist in entire cycle of recruitment.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Content development for orientation, on boarding, job descriptions and policies and procedures.
  • Support annual enrollment process for benefits.
  • Produce reports on HR metrics and activities.
  • Keep up to date on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory/compliance issues.
  • Support other duties/functions as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with management, staff and physicians.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
