Fallbrook Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking full-time, HVAC service technician to join our team. The ideal HVAC service technician should have excellent communication and customer skills, take pride in their work and possess a minimum of 2 year's of HVAC installer or service technician experience.

Primary Tasks for HVAC technician:

• Communicate effectively with customers while delivering excellent customer service
• Know how to properly use specific tools
• Troubleshooting knowledge
• Diagnosing residential and commercial HVAC systems that are not functioning
• Repairing HVAC furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductless units, inverter units.

Qualifications for HVAC Installer/technician:

• Minimum 2 years’ HVAC Installer experience
• Plumbing Experience a plus but not required
• Problem solving and listening skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces
• Must comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures
• EPA certified required
• NATE certified preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
