HVAC Technician Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair our client's HVAC systems. As an HVAC technician, you will travel to client properties, inspect their current equipment, diagnose their systems, and perform the required repairs or maintenance routines. You must preform cleanings, adjusting, diagnosing, and repairing systems as well as ensuring that newly installed systems are in proper working order.

To be a successful HVAC technician with Lexington Electrical & HVAC, you will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as a a courteous and respectful attitude. Your most essential duty will be to provide professional guidance to clients in order to assist them in choosing the best air quality system to meet their needs. In this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your highest priority.

HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

- Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customer HVAC systems
- Install, maintain, and repair customer ventilation, AC systems, and equipment
- Diagnose HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems as needed
- Perform warranty servicings
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Participate in all technical training provided

HVAC Technician Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Reliable
- Self Motivated
- Excellent Written, Verbal and Interpersonal Communication Skills
| Ability to work after hours or weekends when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
