Liberty Homecare is hiring for PCA's in a non-medical homecare setting to work with our Elderly and Brain Injury Individuals.

We are looking for a caregiver to work with male client Mon-Fri from 8a-4p. Client is a smoker, no pets, lives alone and needs assistance with errands and other daily living skills.

Please submit resume with at least 1 year related work experience. Experience with brain injury clients is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise safe personal care based on individualized Care Plan provided during client orientation
• Assists individuals with ADL's and independence at home
• Transportation assistance for errands and appointments
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminder and meal preparation
• Incident reporting and client condition change reporting/communication
• Encouraging socialization
• Assisting with emotional support and redirecting when necessary
• Supervision and accompanying on outings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
