My company has partnered with a large law firm that handles full law! We are searching for a paralegal who wants to grow in the immigration law space.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of business-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions
• Compile and maintain records of immigration filings, other documentation, and records of activity on behalf of clients
• Perform research using all available immigration research tools including government agencies' websites.
• Write detailed and complex supporting argumentation
• Manage high-volume corporate client accounts and work closely with client to provide comprehensive immigration services

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Immigration law: 2 years (Required)
• Legal research: 2 years (Required)
• Family law: 2 years (Preferred)
• Legal drafting: 2 years (Required)
