Job Summary:
The Manager of Regional Implementation is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of various projects and initiatives within a specific geographical region. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, goals, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external partners, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and supervision to a team of implementation specialists or project managers. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Communicate project status reports, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, escalating issues and proposing solutions as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven track record of successful project delivery and implementation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to constant change
• Ability to effectively handle details with accuracy.
• Ability to manage schedule to ensure work is completed.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or 5+ years' related field operations experience with implementing programs and projects at scale.
• Minimum of 3 years leading and developing teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires the use of office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, telephones, and copiers
• Requires the ability to see, hear, speak, write
• Requires the ability to travel 60% of the time
