The job: This is a position of leadership and management where both qualities are essential to success. Individuals with the ability to self-manage their time and priorities at an excellent level and with the input of the Program stakeholders. Program managers must be able to lead team members with inspiration and with clearly defined expectations as to work standards. Candidates with prior experience with Industrial Maintenance Management will greatly benefit from previous employment. Program managers must manage and lead all aspects of the multiple projects within the Program scope.

What Pro Services is looking for in a Program Manager:

· Scheduling (<1year) Exhibits the ability and confidence to manage Projects that require 6 months to 1 year completion with multiple

· Planning (<1 year) Exhibits the ability to plan through multi stage and multi input goals and successfully arrive at outcomes of high levels of adherence.

· Organizational Skills (1 year) Exhibits the ability to actively, identify program bottlenecks and problems. Specifically organize and arrange; assets, data, operational procedure, and inventories, using developed tools and software.

· Staff Management (1-3 years) Experience and ability to efficiently, manage group of maintenance personnel and other managers ranging from 5-50 people.

· Communication Skills Exhibits the ability to actively communicate to multiple groups and maintain communication channels with those groups. Ensure high levels of clarity and relevant information within communication channels.

· Problem Solving Exhibits the ability to actively identify potential problems within the program duration and effectively develop and deploy strategy to resolve the identified issues.

· Teamwork / Collaboration Exhibits the ability to drive alignment and identify mis-alignment, ability to actively identify and manage support and resolve counterproductive issues.

· Microsoft Excel (1-3 years) Exhibits comprehension and the ability to use MS Excel in the creation of spreadsheet documents and is able to navigate effectively through the basic functions of the software.

· CMMS Experience (2-5 years) Exhibits Comprehension of the usage and function of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) Software or EAM software. Comprehension of its deployment and its other management tool abilities.

· Maintenance Management or Supervisory Role (3-5 years) effectively operated in the role of manager or supervisor within an industrial maintenance department.

· Strong Electrical/Mechanical Aptitude Exhibits a solid electrical and mechanical background and comprehension. 65% and Higher preferred within each category in Pre-Employment test.

· Team Leadership Motivation Exhibits the ability to lead personnel with a high degree of motivation and inspiration to accomplish goals within a specific timeline.

· Technical or trade skill secondary education (engineering) (1-2 years)

· Business secondary education (Admin) (1-2 years)

· Program or Project management role (1-2 years)
