Specific position requirements:
Role description: This team is responsible for supporting the API marketplace for our client Dealers. This position will be responsible for updating process documentation, and providing application support
This team is working a hybrid schedule – 2days/week in the office (there is flexibility with which facility they can work from: either in the Moline office OR the new Chicago office).
Skill Set Information:
- Must have 1-3 years of experience with Agile
- Must have experience working with systems and networks: Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting, and helping employees with technical issues
- Must have experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security. (1 - 3 years) - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver, SharePoint, tableau
- Previous experience in programming/software development. Not mandatory but helpful
- Experience with Service Now
- Should have proven experience with process documentation
- Must have good communication and good time management skills
- Experience working as technical support in a call center would be helpful
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
