The Sales Representative role is the core of our company’s success. You are the face of our company and will work closely with all departments to achieve your goals. Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new sales opportunities are some of your main duties His/her primary responsibility is to offer our products and services in an efficient and effective manner. Part of this job is to analyze customers needs and ensure they get a great experience when using our products or services. This includes ongoing relationship management consistent with a residual based position

  • Not afraid to make Cold-Calls – you’ll be making outbound calls to create leads, follow up, and close opportunities.
  • Willing to have/learn a consultative sales approach & Long-Term planning mindset
  • Coach-ability is a must. Building a better agent ensures long term success for our agents and happy clients.
  • Self-Motivated & Self-Starter
  • High School Diploma required – BA preferred
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Time management and self-discipline required. We are not looking to micro-manage people.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes – this industry is ever-changing and new products and services are constantly introduced to meet our customers’ needs
  • Strength in relationship building, including the ability to build rapport with prospective customers quickly and handily
  • Strong attention to detail, superior technology skills and excellent phone and communication skills.

  • Inside Sales / Call center experience (sales, telemarketing & prospecting)
  • Organized Sales Mindset
  • B2B specific sales experience
  • Superb communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and general office technologies
