Selected candidate will manage our Inside Sales Call Center Team and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Customer base will comprise of residential dealers, commercial HVAC owners, and self-servicing end users. Responsibilities:

• Maintains and delivers various reports such as: call reports, audits, call center KPIs, inventory status, etc.
• Utilizes the above metrics to drive customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to the team.
• Manages leads and opportunities from existing, and/or new customer base.
• Ensures team members are properly identifying customers' needs, estimating, designing, and accurately quoting projects.
• Responds to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services.
• Conducts sales of equipment, supplies, and parts over the phone.
• Possess knowledge of the Trane product line to demonstrate and discuss with customers and/or team.
• Records changes in inventory status by completing paperwork and updating data base as necessary.
• Coordinates equipment product promotions.
• Entering equipment/supplies/OEM parts orders and returns and all other items related to equipment/supplies/parts order.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• HVAC experience desired.

Education and/or Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service management or equivalent experience preferred.
