The primary duties of the Inside Transplant Sales employee are to manage and fulfill medical trip requests and prepare and distribute quotes while maintaining a strong customer focused attitude. Working hand in hand with clients, vendors and the internal GrandView Aviation team to plan transplant flights at a moment's notice. This position's ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, a professional attitude, possess strong written & verbal communication skills and remarkable attention to detail. Creative thinkers who work well in teams will thrive here. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment is a must. Previous transplant sales and aviation experience is preferred.

Salary - $55,000

Responsibilities Include:


  • Use quoting and scheduling software to execute sales and customer service
  • Quickly respond to calls and emails with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Arrange medical transplant trips including catering, car services, and other ancillary services
  • Develop an expert understanding of the aircraft within GrandView's Fleet as well as aircraft within the market, i.e. performance parameters, capacity etc.
  • Work with operations staff to schedule aircraft and report flight progress & notes to clients
  • Track client preferences in the company's scheduling system and report to brokers on these preferences
  • Ensure aircraft are properly stocked and presented to company standards prior to departure
  • Ensure client needs are met and exceeded and details of trip are correct on every trip
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hospitals, OPS, and aircraft operators
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Hours

Schedule may vary depending on team needs, but candidates must be willing to work daytime, evening, and overnight hours as well as weekends and holidays.

Position Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service experience required - Able to communicate with customers and colleagues sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills - detail oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and be proactive.
  • Highly motivated - work in the fast-paced 24/7 environment of business aviation.
  • Flexible, strong ability to deal with change
  • Strong computer & communication skills and the ability to quickly learn & adapt to new software
  • Ability to work under pressure individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events may be required; must pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
