Inside Sales Associate

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Internship of Full Time
· Generates and develops new business within the healthcare and wellness space
· Meet/exceed monthly target objectives
· Achieves daily call volume expectations to source new business
· Adheres to Dext Capitals exceptional customer service standards
· Maintain and foster existing customer relationships
· Prepares quotes and handles negotiations when appropriate
· Understands product offerings and effectively communicates benefits to the end-user
· Potential to gain full time employment should this company and space be a fit for you
·Most all of our full time sales reps earn 6-7 figure incomes
Experience Requirements:
· Open to students and recent graduates looking to break into the equipment finance space
· Managing day-to-day activities and outbound calling requirements
· Ability to work in a team environment and be coachable
· Willingness to work towards a goal of meeting sales expectations under the leadership of Dext
· Develop negotiation and consultative sales skills
· Strong verbal, written communication skills
· Passion for driving the bottom line and being held responsible for goals
Preferences:
· Equipment finance or related inside sales experience
· Experience with SalesForce or other CRM
· History of meeting/exceeding sales goals
