About the Practice:
For more than 30 years, Smiles for Centreville has provided high-quality dentistry in Centreville, Virginia, and surrounding areas including Fairfax, Virginia. Our dentists are experienced in providing treatment for both children and adults. Providing our patients with a pleasant, comfortable dental experience is our highest priority! Our dental staff is highly trained and skilled, and we strive to provide friendly, high-quality service to each patient.
Responsibilities:

Candidate must be a friendly, caring, goal and, team oriented individual that is self motivated. We work hard as a team and we are looking for someone to come in and help us go to the next level.

  • Aging report
  • Statements
  • Patient checks
  • Online credit card payments
  • Payment plan payments
  • Balance calls from patients
  • Deposit
  • Determine patient balances for same day
  • Willing to help in other areas as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience and knowledge of dental insurances / billing.
  • Experience with Dentrix is a plus
  • Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software)
