Panichelle Insurance is looking for a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative for our Murrysville location. Your skills in building and maintaining relationships, being detail-oriented, and being able to go out of your way to provide the highest quality customer service to our established clients will be what sets you apart from everyone else. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Update customer information, process customer policy change requests, and take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity and generate insurance quotes.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, schedule appointments, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• New business by following warm leads generated from referrals, networking, and lead databases.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

• Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License. Licensing Assistance available (Will help the right person get licensed)
• No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
• 2 Years of Customer Service Experience REQUIRED
• Tech-savvy and Knowledge of Agency Management System
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, responsibilities, etc as needed
• Team player with a positive and driven attitude.
