Insurance Customer Service Representative

Statefarm is hiring for an Bi-lingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

We seek to hire a Part-Time Bi-lingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a career position and opportunity.

Once an Individual is trained, they will have office and at-home hours. The individual must pass the State of Illinois Insurance License. We will pay for Training & Licensing. Once obtained.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

· Willing obtain property and casualty license within the first 60 days

· Insurance experience is preferred

· Customer Service experience is preferred

· Attentive to details

· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

· Provide customer exchange

· Build client relationships

· Provide client service and follow up

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $31.00 per hour
