New agents are provided with live quotes daily from our dedicated marketing team as well as opportunities to work with current customers on cross sales.
New agents will be required to train in the office for 1 year before reviewing remote opportunities. Agents must be licensed in WA State prior to starting with the agency, we do provide licensing training.
We have office space at our location is in Monroe WA with Reverse commute for many cities and training/office space available in Bothell WA. Opportunity to work remote for agents with existing industry experience that consistently hit their numbers, agents will have remote virtual team access and live coaching and be required to maintain standard office hours.
Salary Range: $2500.00 - $6000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Sales Experience .
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
