As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses protect what matters most.

With base salary plus commission, control your own destiny!

• Insurance license not required. If you have the right personality to join our team, we will help you achieve the necessary licensing and provide a sign on bonus up to $500 when you pass the test.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
