The Role:

This long-term contract role is in a new and dynamic team within Logitech PWS that is working on some of our most exciting new offerings. You will have a direct report helping you and a close partnership with software product management. Your scope could span naming new apps, managing marketing asset development and budget, developing then executing customer acquisition and retention plans.

As part of a multi-functional and passionate team located around the globe, this role will help define the global software marketing and communications strategy throughout software apps’ product lifecycle from beta to end of life.

Your Contribution:

  • Strategic communication foundation. Prioritize target audiences, work with product management to refine value propositions and positioning, and help lead messaging development.

  • Go-to-market communications strategy. Prioritize target audiences, geographies, comms channels to create an investment plan and go-to-market plan. Help determine whether the GTM plan will be executed centrally or by Logitech’s commercial organizations.

  • Creative & content development. Own the creative brief through approval then manage development of creative and content assets to be used on product packaging, for sales enablement, on Logitech.com and eTail sites, in awareness, demand generation or conversion campaigns, in events and more based on the go-to-market communications strategy.

  • Marketing toolkits. Deliver marketing guidance and comprehensive marketing asset toolkits including business rationale, data, insights, strategies, creative and content assets required to execute the go-to-market communications strategy.

Key Qualifications:

For this role there will be guidance, support and collaboration but no proven playbook. Therefore, the person who would thrive in this role most likely has experience initiating and/or growing software businesses.

  • Strong understanding of software lifecycle.

  • Experience in software performance marketing, acquisition or growth marketing, demand generation, or CRM.

  • Participated in software launches and development of go-to-market strategy.

  • Knowledge of community engagement/management.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience developing marketing creative assets.

  • Understands the concepts of user segmentation, personas, customer journeys, and lifetime value.

  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills.

  • Team player with the ability to handle multiple priorities and expectations in a start-up "can do" environment.

  • Comfortable using G-Suite (Google Slides, Docs, Spreadsheets).

  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English.

Education:

  • Marketing or related field.
