Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Consultative Sales.
- Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in strategy consulting, in-house consulting, or business development/sales.
- Experience in digital marketing for an established brand/start-up with knowledge of innovations.
- Ability to create clear accountability with excellent executive stakeholder management.
- Ability to create strategy with imperfect information to deliver business goals.
- Excellent business acumen including problem solving with quantitative analysis.
- Team player with an appetite to build solid, collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities
- Consult Google’s largest customers to grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals.
- Develop innovative ideas and approaches to identify growth opportunities and scale impact, contributing to international growth community’s thought leadership and scope of influence.
- Provide end-to-end support to clients with their export journey, from market identification to in-market operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
- Contribute to Google’s growing awareness of international growth opportunities by sharing market insights, scaling adoption of tools, and coordinating expertise from multiple teams.
- Be a team player, contributing to the positive and inclusive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing development.
