Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Services is looking for a Strongsville Plastics Manufacturing company looking for Inventory Control Clerk positions 1st shift part-time. Pay starts around $17/hr.

Even though this is a PT position, it's not an entry level position, and prefer someone with accounting experience, and/or at least office experience where they've dealt with numbers.

Job Summary: Complete steps to ensure proper impact of material into and from inventory and create purchase orders for maintenance supplies and/or services.

Job Duties:

• Compiles data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, and accounting reports and enters information into computer to maintain inventory
• Process all requests from auditors regarding costs, receiving and inventory
• Makes inventory adjustments in computer as necessary
• Processes and/or approves invoices for payment
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure
• Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone, and directs to appropriate person
• Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system
• Backup to all other positions in department
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in business operations, accounting, mathematics, or related field preferred
• Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
• Must possess good problem solving skills
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with coworkers, other departments, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work as team member or independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

You must apply with 2 Forms of Gov't ID and pass a Drug screen. Must have steel-toed boots or shoes.
