JENNMAR, fabrication takes place in more than twenty strategically located manufacturing facilities associated with affiliated brands. Seeking a Full Time for day shift over Inventory for JENNMAR Bolt Plant.

POSTION REQUIRMENTS:

Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work 40+ flexible schedule as required

Personable, outgoing communication skills to communicate with diverse groups of people

Planning/detailed-oriented organizational skills to prioritize work activities to ensure accurate, timely work completion

Clerical perception with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized data- entry systems

Team member mentality with good self-motivational ability to meet defined deadlines while managing competing work demands

Safety & Quality assurance mindset with adherence to proper PPE requirements

Fine Manipulation, close visual acuity, verbal interaction, and multiple limb coordination with lifting capability up to 25 pounds

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associate Degree required or Five (5) years Inventory Experience

Experience with ERP system preferred

RESPONSIBILITES:

Interact with production, accounting, and transportation staff to create and maintain satisfactory inventory levels to meet production and delivery deadlines

Perform cycle and annual inventory counts regarding the quantity, type and value of materials, equipment, and stock on hand

Maintain stock on hand

Maintain stock rotation and disposal

Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment and stock

Enter data for Production scheduling, stock replenishment/relocation and inventory adjustments

Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts

Forward required invoicing and vendor information to Corporate Accounting Department
