Inventory Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in manufacturing and warehousing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Systematically and routinely, physically count materials stored in plant and warehouse and maintain records for accurate inventory control.

Reconcile disparities between records and physical counts and complete accurate inventory adjustments.

Read and understand customer order documentation.

Provide accurate inventory levels to Purchasing Department to assist with accurate ordering of materials, and accurate recording of inventory into the ERP system.

Close work orders as soon as work orders are completed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience with Forklift unloading, storing and shipping material.
