Job description
As invoicing administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all sales data has been processed correctly. You will serve as a point of contact for customers for queries and provide support for our sales representatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
Price file maintenance for customers
Creating Daily Invoicing
Creating Credit Notes
Following up on sales queries
Sending out daily/weekly invoices to customers
Sending out statements to customers
Close off weekly sales
Liaising with sales representatives
Ad-hoc admin tasks
Compliance
- Provide detailed information and facts to support important standards and measures.
- Collate information to enable achievement of targets.
- Comply with relevant HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Comply with company reporting needs.
- Proactively identify and correct risks.
People
- Behave in a manner that supports and demonstrates Company values, Challenge, Sense of Urgency & Openness.
- Implement all measures associated with the management of employees In line with company policies & procedures.
REQUIRMENTS
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role would be advantagous but essential, full training will be provided
Education:
An Admin course would be benifical but not nessecary.
